Abstract: | This study evaluates the quality control and quality assurance practices in the finishing works of
private building construction projects at Noah Real Estate. The primary objective is to identify
gaps and propose actionable recommendations to enhance these practices, in that way
improving overall project outcomes and client satisfaction. The research employs a mixedmethods approach, combining quantitative data and qualitative Key findings reveal significant
opportunities for improvement in current quality control and quality assurance practices,
particularly in the adoption of strict quality standards, enhancement of staff training programs,
implementation of rigorous inspection processes, and integration of advanced technologies.
These improvements are essential for ensuring higher quality standards, reducing defects, and
minimizing rework. The study also emphasizes the importance of fostering a culture of
continuous improvement and conducting further research to address evolving challenges in
quality management. The recommendations provided aim to guide stakeholders in enhancing
their quality control and quality assurance measures, ultimately leading to better project
performance and increased client satisfaction. |
